Keeping Black Friday Straight

There was a point in my life that I loved going Black Friday shopping. My mom, sister and I would be out all day shopping. We really made it into an event.

And then kids entered the pictured. And the Black Friday shopping event dwindled to just a few hours. And then the stores began opening on Thanksgiving evening and I swore I wouldn’t go.

Except for that one time when I just had to have the awesome deal on a new TV. I just couldn’t pass up that deal! Oh did I mention I was 3 months pregnant at the time?

But now? Well, now my happy little self stays at home. That is how I keep my Black Friday straight! And of course, there is always cyber Monday.
